I accept payment via Paypal or by credit card.
I deliver digital files through email.
For front CD covers, most digital files are 18cm x 18cm in size and 300 dpi resolution which is much suitable for CD cover.
This ensure that resizing the artwork to a classic cover size (12cm x 12cm) won't result in any loss in resolution.
Shirt designs artworks are generaly 30cm x 40cm (300dpi).
Files format are JPG, PNG or PSD (non-layered).
Cover for sale
The high resolution file of the artwork will only be delivered through email once the buyer made 100% payment.
After payment is completed, the buyer owns the artwork and they have unlimited rights on it
The artist retains the right to use the artwork for self-promotion only.
Artwork sold are not refundable.
I require the words "Cover artwork by Brutal Design - www.brutal-design.com" to be listed in the credits of your release or products.
I also require that the client/buyer send me a copy of the final product (CD, shirts etc...).
Book a cover
In order to book a cover from the gallery, you have to pay 50% of the price.
The artwork will be reserved 30 days maximum.
The 50% deposit is not refundable.
Just send me an email with the title of the cover art you want to book and I will send you a paypal link.
As soon as the first payment is made, the buy button will be removed from the cover page.
Custom Logo
For a custom logo, I start working as soon as I recieve the full payment. Nothing will be done before.
I deliver the files in high resolution 300dpi in JPG and PNG (transparent background).
I send your logo in a few different colours and textures.
Custom Artwork
50% of the full amount agreed is to be paid to the artist by the client upon agreement of the project receiving.
If payment is not made, there will be no valid agreement.
The artist will sent a notice to the client/buyer if there is no progressive or update on the project by the client.
Client/buyer will have to respond within 30 days, if there is no response within 30 days of the notice the artist have the right to stop the project or put the artwork up for sale.
If the project is terminated by client/buyer after the 50% payment is made, there will be no refund.
If the artist terminates the project the 50% payment will be refunded to the client/buyer.
If the client/buyer did not pay the remaining 50% for the finished artwork within 30 days, the artist have the right to put the finished artwork for sale.
The remaining 50% must be paid after a low resolution file of the final illustration which has been agreed by both parties (client and artist) sent to the client.
The high resolution file will only be delivered after the remaining 50% of the total amount been paid to the artist.
Custom Website
If you order a website, an agreement between the artist and client regarding the payment modalities has to be established.
This agreement will depend on the type of the service and the type of the website needed by the client.
A quote will be send by the artist to the client, and the website working will start only when the first or complete payment is made.
If the deadline requested by the clients is too short, the artist reserves rights to charge special fees (that will be write on the quote), or to refuse the order.
Artwork Ownership
The artist retains rights of the finished artwork for self promotion only.
The buyer/client retains all copyrights and ownership of the finished artwork.
Delivery
All artwork files will be delivered by email.
